Engr. Ashaka Edwin Chukwuemeke, Chief Executive Officer

Engr. Ashaka Edwin Chukwuemeke is a seasoned, Nigerian Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in construction, cost engineering, and project management. He holds an MEng in Geotechnical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) and an MBA in Project Management from Enugu University of Science and Technology (ESUT).

Some of his notable achievements include:
– Professional Memberships: Institute of Management Specialists, Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers, Nigeria Society of Engineers, and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.
– Publications: He has published three papers in Civil Engineering and Project Management.
– Expertise: Construction, Cost Engineering, and Project Management.

Engr. Chukwuemeke is passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers and contributing to transformative projects.

Engr. Akinola Olufemi Korede is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over two decades of rendering professional services in the construction of buildings, roads, bridges, and other civil engineering projects.
He holds B.Eng and M.Sc. degrees in Civil Engineering from University of Ado-Ekiti and University of Ibadan respectively. His versatility in the construction industry places him at a vantage position in any establishment he finds himself. Engr Akinola is a Christian, married and blessed with children.

Mrs. Ashaka Edwin Precious is a dedicated public health professional with a strong academic foundation in microbiology, having earned her first degree from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. She further advanced her professional training by obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PDGE) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. She holds a Master of Science degree in Public Health from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where she is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Disaster Management. Her academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to health promotion, emergency preparedness, and community resilience. Mrs. Ashaka has actively enhanced her expertise through participation in numerous local and international workshops and seminars. These engagements have strengthened her practical skills and global perspective in public health and disaster risk management. She is married with children and successfully balances her family life with her academic and professional responsibilities.

Roland Ojeruse is a dynamic sales leader, business development expert, and entrepreneur with a strong focus on driving growth in the energy sector, particularly in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG/clean cooking energy) in Nigeria.

As Head of Sales and Business Development at Sungas Company Limited, Roland leads strategic sales initiatives, team performance, and market expansion efforts for one of the country’s key players in the LPG industry. He is the Founder of LPGNEXT, a platform dedicated to promoting LPG adoption, retail training, startup support, and safe practices in the cooking gas business. Through LPGNEXT, he has empowered numerous entrepreneurs to start, revitalize, and scale their LPG operations into profitable ventures, sharing insights via webinars, videos, and consultancy on topics such as plant management, safety (e.g., avoiding cylinder explosions), compliance, and achieving consistent monthly revenue growth.

Roland also serves as Executive Director (Administration) at Saving Hand Development Initiative (SHADE-IN), where he contributes to youth empowerment, teen mentoring, and community development programs. His passion for mentorship shines through in his work guiding young people toward purpose-driven lives and marketplace success.

A graduate of Niger Delta University, Roland combines technical understanding with practical business acumen, advocacy for clean energy transition, and a commitment to ethical leadership, customer service, and sustainable development. Based in Lagos but with roots and connections across Nigeria—including Anambra—he brings integrity, strategic vision, and a people-centered approach to every endeavor.

Ajayi Oluwaseun David is a Registered Quantity Surveyor (RQS),
Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS), Fellow
of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), and a certified
Project Management Professional (PMP®). With extensive experience
spanning over a decade, he has excelled in cost management, contract
administration, and large-scale project execution across Nigeria.
He has held key positions including Chief Quantity Surveyor at Apogee
Engineering Consulting Ltd, National Quantity Surveyor at Living Faith
Church Worldwide, and Project Quantity Surveyor at Akmodels Nigeria
Ltd and SammyA Nigeria Ltd. His professional journey began as
Assistant Quantity Surveyor at N. Stephen Building Company Ltd. His
career highlights include cost planning, project scheduling, financial
reporting, tendering, valuation, and management of construction
projects.

Adepitan Amusa holds a BTech in Architecture at the federal University of Technology, Akure in the year 2019.
He has been involved in so many designs both private and commercial buildings for over 14 years.
He is from Ijebu Ode, Ogun State

Engr Jimmy Ndon is a results-driven professional with a unique blend of electrical engineering and architectural expertise, holding an HND in Electrical Electronic Engineering. 

Originally from Itu Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Engr Jimmy combines local insight with technical prowess. He is adept at navigating diverse project environments, ensuring seamless delivery. At his construction company, Engr Jimmy leverages his interdisciplinary skills to drive project success. His architectural background enhances his approach to electrical engineering challenges. 

Ejekomife P. Nsolo ESQ LL.B, B.L, ACAr.b is a senior partner with Rainsford & Associates
a firm he co-founded in 2007. he primarily focuses his
practice on company and allied maters, family and commercial
litigation and property consultancy.

He currently serves as external solicitors to various banks,
insurance companies and a few other cooperate bodies.

He also collaborates with clients to explore alternative
dispute resolution.
